OUR SERVICES

Advisory by Design, LLC provides business growth assessments, strategy, systems, automation, artificial intelligence implementation guidance, and related business services.

Information provided through our websites, assessments, reports, or communications is intended for general business and educational purposes. Results and recommendations are based on the information available to us and do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or operational outcome.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate information when completing forms, assessments, or appointment requests. You are responsible for determining whether any information, recommendation, product, or service is appropriate for your business.

You agree not to misuse our websites or services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with site operations, submit fraudulent information, or use our content for an unlawful purpose.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your email address, you may receive communications related to information you requested, Business Growth Assessment results, appointments, services, and account or service updates.

Marketing emails will include a method to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent us from sending nonmarketing communications relating to appointments, requested information, or services.

SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Advisory by Design, LLC offers optional text messaging programs.

If you separately consent to nonmarketing messages, you may receive Business Growth Assessment results, appointment confirmations, reminders, responses to inquiries, and related service updates.

If you separately consent to marketing and promotional messages, you may receive information about services, business resources, special offers, and other promotional updates.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel text messaging at any time by replying STOP to 256-795-3388. After receiving your STOP request, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then receive no further messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.
